just ask EBN – it’s her first PONY!

it’s been sort of a weird week right?

we’re still working on our later sleep schedule – it’s a process for sure.  as of today, it’s been two weeks.  most days she sleeps until just about 7 but then some days, like yesterday, she’s up hours before daybreak for no clear reason.  but she’s napping really well and going to bed with absolutely no fuss.  she is exhausted though, by the time she goes to sleep.  and we’ve noticed that her emotions during the day are more extreme – beyond happy or crank-face, rarely just content.  who knows how much all of this has to do with the sleep schedule and how much it has to do with life.  we’re going to continue to press on.

here are some of the other things that have been keeping me busy:

turns out CHICK-FIL-A isn’t the only religious company out there.  i found a few on THIS LIST really surprising, and a few really not

if THIS KICKSTARTER PROJECT doesn’t scream ABN and EBN father/daughter fun then i don’t know what does (and yes, it has already arrived in the mail).

speaking of modcloth and dresses, i’m sure i’ve made you wait long enough.  thank you all so much for your help and your opinions!  from comments on the blog to tweets and facebook messages to texts and even a couple of extended google chats i really can’t tell you how much i loved hearing what you all had to say.

i tried to narrow it down and i did….slightly.  but i’ve decided since you were all so very help, you deserve a virtual fashion show.  #s 1, 2, 6, 7, 10, AND 12 are on their way (unfortunately #11 which i just adore, they don’t have in any size but small and #5 is just too expensive for this event…don’t worry, i put it on my wish list for a very special event next summer).   that’s what we call a game change!
