We Interrupt this Program…

Aug 10

for this incredibly important message from my former colleague:

i have breast cancer, and i’m asking you a favor…

i know i posted this yesterday on the FITF FACEBOOK PAGE, but it’s important enough to post here again and again and again and again.

i’m embarrassed to admit, i’m one of the many that dena mentions, who doesn’t do regular breast exams.  heck, i never do breast exams.  but moving forward, it’s my new thing. and i’m going to start reminding you all to do the same via this blog.  so get ready, pour yourself a big glass of wine and follow the instructions in the link that dena provides in her post.  you let me know how your exam goes and i’ll report back on monday.  we’re making a pact, here and now.  like sisterhood of the traveling pants.  without pants.  and much more important.

read, do, share…dena’s story.

xo,

LBN
