Dig, Dream, Drool

i’ve got just a few minutes as EBN’s spinach patty is in the broiler…i’m in full packing mode as we are leaving for a multi-leg trip first thing in the morning.  first up, a quick stop in chicago where i plan to dance my ass off at a wedding.  i’m needing a good wedding and i know this one will deliver.  then, on mother’s day, we kiss ABN goodbye, send him home to CA and EBN and i will go on to the east coast.  we will be there to celebrate BUNCLE’s law school graduation but i’m hoping that we get to do a bit of relaxing and east-coast babysqueezing as well.

but before i go, here’s what i’ve been digging, dreaming of and drooling over:

my favorite treat is a black and white cookie and from the early days in our relationship, ABN and i have loved splitting them down the middle (it’s the only sickingly sweet thing we do).  i’m excited to try out THIS recipe

i’m having major reader issues – i’ve giving up on bloglovin’ and am trying out a few different ipad options  (anyone have a favorite?).  anyway, in all the transition, i’ve lost some of my favorite posts from the last week.  it leaves me unsettled…mragh.
